Squire Plus 2

The Squire Plus 2 is our most popular machine on the market.  Capable of washing, sanitizing, and filling 25-30 kegs an hour, the Squire is an ideal size and capacity for most small to medium craft breweries and packagers.  

The Squire is a semi-automatic machine, meaning that its wash and fill sequences are started with a button press and performed automatically.  The wash side purges residual product with air, rinses, performs two detergent wash cycles, sanitizes, and pressurizes with CO2.  The key to the Squire's high performance is the low-flow wash cycle, which actively cleans the keg spear tube.  This eliminates one of the most common sources of keg infection.

With an array of options, like the product-saving Fill by Weight scale and Low-Loss coupler to the convenient double dosing unit, the Squire can be tailored to fit any brewer's demands -- and budget.

Low-Loss coupler - A new innovation from IDD, the low loss coupler puts a liquid detection probe directly on the outlet of the keg, saving 275 mL of beer per fill.

Fill by Weight Scale - The Fill by Weight system terminates the fill sequence once a pre-set weight has been reached.  This allows the Squire to fill the keg's volume without overflowing it, saving 600 mL of beer per fill.

Double Doser - Adding a second dosing unit to the Squire's detergent reservoir saves time and effort when switching between caustic and acid sequences.  Never swap a dosing tip again.
